How it works

Record. Transcribe. Recap.

You talk. Telliola listens on your computer, then hands you something clear to act on.

Record — no bot in the room

Telliola records on your PC: your microphone on one channel, the call's sound on the other. Nobody new joins the meeting.

Transcribe — who said what

A transcript with speaker labels, made with ElevenLabs Scribe. Because your voice has its own channel, Telliola knows which speaker is you.

Recap — clear as day

A short recap, key points, decisions, action items with owners and open questions — written by Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, your choice.

Works where you talk

Notices your call starting

Telliola spots a call in Google Meet from the browser tab, and in desktop apps from which app is using your microphone. It can remind you to record or start on its own — and stop when the call ends, if you want.

  • Google Meet in the browser
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Telegram
  • WhatsApp
  • Viber

Copy with formatting

Paste the recap into a doc, chat or task tracker and the headings and lists come along.

Email it from your Gmail

Send the recap from your own address. Telliola can only send — it never reads your mailbox.

Know who was there

Connect Google Calendar to see the invitees. Look someone up on LinkedIn in one click, or enrich a contact with Apollo or Lusha using your own key.

Privacy first

Your calls stay yours

Telliola is built to keep as little as possible, for as short as possible. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Stored on your PC

Recordings, transcripts and recaps live in your Documents folder. We don't sync them anywhere.

Your keys, encrypted

Bring your own API keys if you like — audio then goes straight from your PC to the providers you chose. Keys are encrypted with Windows DPAPI.

24 hours, then gone

Our built-in service (coming soon for testers) runs in Frankfurt, EU. Audio is kept for at most 24 hours — only to transcribe and summarize it.

Google access, kept narrow

Sign-in is optional. Calendar is read-only, Gmail is send-only, and Google data is never used for ads or sold.

Questions

Good to know

Record with consent. Always tell the people on the call that you are recording, and follow the recording laws where you and they are. That part is up to you.

Does a bot join my meetings?

No. Telliola records on your own computer — your microphone and the sound your PC plays — so nothing extra appears in the call.

Where are my recordings kept?

On your PC, in Documents\Telliola. Settings and encrypted keys are in %APPDATA%\Telliola. Delete those folders and the data is gone.

Do I need my own API keys?

You can use your own ElevenLabs, Anthropic or OpenAI keys. Testers will also be able to use our built-in service instead, with 10 hours of audio per month during the beta.

Which computers does it run on?
